AIR - FUEL MIXER 
This specifically designed mixer is used helping out the appropriate combination of air and LPG fuel, so as to avoid any kind of generation of rich / lean mixtures which can create improper combustion and thus causing trouble to the vehicle's performance. What happens in case of low priced conversions is simply to avoid the use of the mixer, thereby having a cost cut. Again, if the mixer is not of a proper design, it can create uneven mixing, jerks and flow of LPG for combustion and it will reduce the fine performance of the LPG system.
