 SURE-DIGITAL LAMBDA FEEDBACK SYSTEM
A digital Lambda feedback system is a fully imported closed loop
system which controls the flow of LPG automatically to the engine
without any kind of manual adjustments. The feedback system is a
micro processor based control unit, which takes up signal from the
vehicle parameters like TPS [Throttle Position Sensor], RPM and
Oxygen sensor and thus ensures the appropriate flow of fuel LPG to
the engine through a stepper motor controlled valve. In case of open
loop LPG conversions, if the accessories are not properly designed
or are of low quality items, it can create occurrence of rich / lean
mixture of air and fuel which can lead to uneven combustion
phenomenon, ultimately resulting in non smooth driving experience.
The use a lambda system takes out the chances of formation of a rich
/ lean mixture to the genuine extend possible. This system has the
capacity to visualizing the operating conditions of the engine and
can be programmed for memorizing the optimal engine conditions. The
SURE feedback system is mainly employed in MPFI engines to get
better performance. This product allows to control the different
working parameters of the control unit and to save the data of the
converted vehicles : it represents the most professional and
technologically advanced way to convert a vehicle and to verify the
result in the long period too. With this disposal the accurate
control of the emissions and performances [according to laws] is
easily and economically achieved.
The main units of the system are electronic controlled unit [ECUgas
flow, a stepper motor which is controlled by the ECU and a feather
touch switch for fuel selection.
